When things are too much on you! and you think how I will solve all of these?!
Remember how darkness prophet Yunus had faced inside the tummy of the whale and how Allah (SWT) protected him and helped him.
Once upon a time, Allah (SWT) had sent prophet Yunus to certain village to make it's people give up the corruption and turn into Allah. They didn't listen to him, he tried to be strong day after day but he gave up and finally he left the city, and boarded a ship to go away from the city.
They made a toss, they selected one and it was prophet Yunus name, and because they believe that he is a good man, they chose again and again, but his name was drawn many times.
So, the sailors threw prophet Yunus in the dark sea.
Allah (SWT) saved prophet Yunus and protected him from the deep dark sea, and sent a big whale and swallowed him.
Prophet Yunus thought "How I will survive?".
Once inside the belly of the big whale, prophet Yunus thought "How do I get out of this situation?", he is surrounded with a complete darkness inside the stomach of the whale.
He felt regret of giving up quickly, and he realized that Allah in control of everything and he asked for his help.
Allah (SWT) forgave him and made the whale swam to the surface of the sea to the shore, then he gently released prophet Yunus to the land, he brought him safely to the land under a big tree to keep him shaded from the sun.
Any time you feel sad and need help, just turn to Allah, trust him and ask him for forgiveness.
